Reporting a wrong number
Include the lottery name, draw number, date, the prize tier and the number you believe is wrong, and if possible a link to the official PDF. We check against the department's result and correct the page the same day; the "last updated" time on the page changes when we do.
Shop listings
Agents can add or claim a shop through the shop registration form. To remove or correct an existing listing, email the shop name, town and the change you want.
Prize claims, tickets and agencies
We cannot help with claims or sell tickets. Contact the Kerala State Lotteries department:

- Your District Lottery Office for claims up to ₹1 lakh and agency registration.
